Schedule your workouts just like you schedule everything else. That way, when you need something, you don’t have to spend extra time looking for it because you’ll know exactly where it is. Think about how many times you rummage through the same pile of papers to find “the one.” File your paperwork as soon as it hits your hands. If there is a home cooked meal with your name on it, you won’t be rummaging the cupboard looking for chips. Some people do all their meal preparation on Sundays so they have at least three days of meals ready, making it impossible to reach for the packaged meals or snacks. If the mind is right and the body is well-fueled, you will have no problem completing your tasks. Designate a specific day for grocery shopping. Yes, you can hire an accountant, but you still have to get your expenses in order for them to properly do their job.Īnd if you have a good accountant, you should respect both their time and your wallet by having your stuff in order.
